Position: Generator Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)
Job Summary
The Generator Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of large-scale power generators. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and monitoring generator performance to guarantee continuous power supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and comprehensive maintenance of power generators (mechanical and electrical).
- Diagnose technical faults and perform emergency repairs promptly.
- Monitor generator control and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace consumable parts according to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain generator reliability and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with high-capacity industrial generators.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with modern generator control and operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
